We are continuing to evaluate our patient access portal options. We hope to have something in place again by early 2017.
The Patient Access Portal allows you to log into your child's chart to make/view appointments, retrieve immunization information, and to check your account balance. Please click on the link below and follow the instructions carefully. Unfortunately, if you are a Mac user, or use Mozilla Firefox or Safari as your browser, the Patient Access Portal will not work for you. If you are a Mac user and activate BOOT CAMP (thus enabling Internet Explorer), then the Portal should work for you.
**Keep in mind if you communicate with your doctor through the chart, you must LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT TO RECEIVE THE REPLY. Replies do not come to your email.
