Dr. Julian Tang is excited to become the latest team member of Boulevard Pediatrics. Dr. Tang completed his undergraduate education at University of California at San Diego where he completed a double major in Animal Physiology & Neuroscience and in Economics with honors. He went on to and graduated with a combined degree program from Tufts Medical School, earning both his MD and MBA. Dr. Julian completed his pediatric residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
Since graduating from residency, Dr. Tang has spent the past two years working as a general pediatrician in the Community Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine Division of Pediatrics at the Mayo Clinic and as a Kids Care physician in the Emergency Department at Children's Hospital Los Angeles.
Dr. Tang is already fostering future relationships with our patients at Boulevard Pediatrics and we are enjoying him as the newest member of our team of "J" docs!
Dr. Julian is excited to return to Southern California with his wife, Amiinah. Dr. Tang will be accepting new patient referrals as of August, 2009. During flu season, interviews with prospective parents will be conducted by phone to reduce the risk of contact with ill children.
