Peggy Bailey, LCSW, is a licensed therapist who works with us as a consultant, educator, and contributor to our e-newsletter. Peggy holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work from NYU and has worked with children and adolescents for over 20 years. Her expertise includes childhood trauma, terminal illness, bereavement, divorce, anxiety, developmental transitions, parenting issues and more. She has provided individual, group and family counseling at Bronx and Manhattan Family Court, Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles, Los Angeles Family AIDS Network, Our House and various LA schools. Using her experience, along with her innate love for and connection with children, Peggy is a valued resource for our children and families of Boulevard Pediatrics. Leslye Adelman, IBCLC
Lactation Consultant/Childbirth Educator
Leslye serves as our Boulevard Pediatrics “on call” Lactation Consultant. She earned her BS degree at the State University of NY in Buffalo, and a Master's Degree in Special Education from Southern Connecticut State University.
Although a former New Yorker, Leslye has made Los Angeles her home for more than 25 years. With more than a quarter century of experience in the fields of pregnancy, labor, post partum and parenting education, Leslye offers a breadth of expertise to Boulevard Pediatrics and its families. She can offer support as a labor coach and can provide breast feeding counseling in your home. Leslye has always considered it a privilege to maintain contact with her clients and remains accessible to answer breast feeding questions, to assist with weaning a stubborn toddler, to help refresh a mom before a subsequent birth, and lend an experience ear for your parenting concerns.
